What are the check in & check out times? Our standard check in time is 4.00pm and check out time is 10.00am
Are there travel cots & high chairs available? We do have a limited number of both travel cots & high chairs for guest use, however, these need to be reserved at time of booking and are subject to a small £30 hire cost. For the travel cot, we do not supply bedding for this and therefore you would need to bring along appropriate bedding for your baby. To reserve please send a message via your booking platform once you have confirmed your booking with us.
How do we book the shooting or fishing at Westlands? To book any of the activities at Westlands, please visit their website at www.westlands.co.uk or call them directly on 01461 800370.
Where can we buy groceries for our stay? There is a large Tesco store in Annan only 10 min drive from Westlands, alternatively Tesco will also delivery your shopping directly to your lodge. Go to www.tesco.com to order.
What type of linen is supplied at the lodge? At Pass the Keys we use high grade, hotel quality bed and bath linen. The bed linen is 300 thread count pure cotton with bath linen at 600gsm.
Will there be any toiletries supplied? Each guest will receive a small 40ml (hotel size) gift of shower gel, moisturiser & shampoo/conditioner along with a mini bar of soap.
How many towels will there be? Each guest will have a bath & hand towel, with additional hand towel in each bathroom. We suggest that you bring along a 'beach' style towel for use when in the hot tub.
Do I have to bring any kitchen supplies for cleaning etc? As part of our package, included in the lodge will be the following:- washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, anti-bac surface spray, laundry pods (if the lodge has a washing machine), J cloths, sponge scourer, spare black bags, spare swing bin liners, kitchen towel & tea towels so you will have everything you need in the kitchen.
Will there be anything else in the lodge I can use? Each guest will receive a toilet roll plus there will be an additional roll in each bathroom, there will also be a small welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar & milk (enough to see you through your first morning coffee!).
Will I know how to work the appliances? Yes, there is a comprehensive welcome guide in each lodge which highlights how to work the hob, oven & dishwasher.
Are there instructions for the hot tub? In the welcome guide you will find clear and concise instructions on how to fold back and use the hot tub cover along with guidance on the use of the hot tub itself.
What happens if there is an issue during my stay? Pass the Keys have a 24/7 guest services department that are available for you to contact should you have any issues or simply need some information, details of how to contact Pass the Keys are listed in the lodge.
Why are your lodges different? All our lodges are privately owned and therefore are individually designed with unique character and personal touches, they also boast some of the best locations within the park. In addition, our lodges are available for short mid week stays or long weekend breaks
